Blue Desert was born from both a love for Los Cabos and real estate. The Bi-National partners, both Mexican and American, have been in real estate in the Los Cabos area for a combined 15 years through both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Since 2014, Partner, Sean E. McClenahan, Esq. has been involved in over $25 million of commercial and residential real estate transactions in Mexico.

Since 2008, Partner, Juan Ramon Guevara Medina has been involved in property management, villa rental programs and real estate transactions in communities such as Palmilla, Cabo del Sol, Punta Ballena, El Dorado, among many others.
